If you are
what you appear
transparent you are
and crystal clear

When in politics
reveal not your cards
play them one by one
the trump card at the last

When you play with swords
you hurt each other
and when feelings are hurt
that's more dangerous

Say not that you reform
the politics at play
some see through your game
and you lose authority to change

It's not you but the people who make
what you are and their own fate
but when they believe in what you say
in good faith they entrust even their own fate

Politics is both meaningful and desirable
when people come before individuals
but when individuals advance their own interest
politics and principles become strangers!
