Failure

When one fails he learns
As he is touched and concerned
Success doesn't come comfortably
But only when one burns

One may fail at every turn
And fall again and again
Wisdom is no face polish
But is buried deep in your pain

Success that comes with no effort
Is freak with no legs and base
Like morning dew on leaves
It soon evaporates with no trace

Woo failure too like success
For success may come and go
What sustains is hope and confidence
That failure instills in you

Success and failure are not separate
But strings that are wrung in unison
One raises the soul beyond
And the other sinks it deeper!
